ToonDoo Blogs-Usage Guidelines

Welcome to the exclusive group of bloggers at ToonDoo! We encourage you to use the ToonDoo blogs as a tool for self-expression. Here are some guidelines on using the ToonDoo blogs:

1) Recommended topics: At ToonDoo, you may blog about anything and everything under the sun (or even above it!) However, if at all you find yourself at a loss for topics or things to blog about, here are some suggestions to inspire you:

(a) Anything to do with comics, cartoons and animation in general, your favourites among these, a classic toon or strip that made you smile
(b) A new feature at ToonDoo or an existing feature you like
(c) Your favourite toondooers and or toons at ToonDoo, a specific toondooing style that you admire
(d) A humorous take on any topic of current affairs, world interest
(e) A serious take on any topic of current affairs, world interest
(f) Your views on global concerns such as environment, pollution, poverty, inflation, human
(g) A humorous and or inspiring incident / personal experience
(h) An picture or video that made you laugh, smile or cry
(i) Your views about a book you recently read or a movie you recently watched
(j) Anything you'd like to share about your family, friends, pets, etc

2) Regularity: We would like you to share your thoughts on your blog as often as you can, as often as you like! However, we recommend you frequently enough to keep readers interested in your blog!

3) Inappropriate content: Posts containing any inappropriate content will not be allowed. These include:
(i) inappropriate toons and / images (depicting violence / sex / adult content)
(ii) slang and / abusive language
(iii) racist expressions / connotations 

4) Posts about ToonDoo / the ToonDoo community: Posts that are defamatory in nature with regard to ToonDoo or other any member(s) of the ToonDoo community will also not be allowed.

5) Help for bloggers: ToonDoo blogs are based on the user-friendly wordpress blogging platform. If have any queries regarding this platform, write them to us at toondude@toondoo.com or toondudette@toondoo.com and we'll get back to you with the answers!

6) Comments: You can receive comments on your blog from other ToonDooers or from guest visitors if they leave their name and email id. Comment moderation is enabled by default so that you can approve any comment before it gets published.  However, you may change this setting from your blog settings. Please feel free to use the delete option in case you receive inappropriate or spam comments!
